Switzerland has a large number of swimming pools in the summer but only a limited number in the winter. The reason for this is the lack of coverage of the Olympic pools. Based on this observation, a temporary low-carbon cover system was developed, integrating economic, structural, landscape integration and thermal needs. From this first research came the idea of generating a research of temporary cover according to a basic geometry in plan. The aim is to be able to systematize the approach and create desirable provisional situations.
